A Letter From Ray Jasper, Who Is About to Be Executed


As an educator, I am aware of the costs of ignorance. As one awake in the world and wearing brown skin, I have long suspected that prisons are even more costly to those they do not target. This letter confirms my suspicions. Not that I needed any.

In 2001, the question why do we believe what we believe, became more interesting than what we believe. If you’ve come across any interesting answers, please share.
